Educated and experienced across Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, India, and Thailand, Kompit Panasupon brings a truly global perspective to education consulting. With over two decades of experience spanning education policy, design thinking, and leadership, he has worked closely with ministries, schools, and families to create pathways that align each student’s potential with their passion.
Kompit founded MIECA with a clear mission — to guide Thai families in making informed, personalised educational decisions. His approach is empathetic and holistic, grounded in deep understanding of both family dynamics and individual aspirations. By carefully balancing a student’s personal ambition with their family’s long-term expectations — such as succession roles in family businesses or future leadership within family enterprises — Kompit ensures that each educational plan supports not only academic excellence, but also harmony, purpose, and future readiness.
Beyond consulting, Kompit also serves as Managing Director of MAC Education, Thailand’s leading educational media company, where he drives national-scale innovation in learning technology and digital assessment. His experience extends to advising three Ministers of Education, contributing to education policy and reform at the highest level.
Kompit’s expertise has also been recognized internationally through his work with UNESCAP, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the International Publishers Association. A long-time TEDx speaker coach, he continues to share his insights on human-centered learning, creativity, and leadership with educators, policymakers, and students alike.
